The Kotoden Kawaramachi Building is a modern commercial structure in central Takamatsu with retail and office spaces across ten floors. The building combines shopping areas, restaurants, and workplaces in a single integrated space.
The building opened in 2001 and replaced the former Sogo department store that once stood on this site. Its completion marked a shift in how Takamatsu developed its commercial spaces.
