Grande Maison Ikeshita the Tower is a residential skyscraper with 42 floors and one underground level stretching about 153 meters high in Ikeshitachō. The building stacks living spaces across multiple elevations, with upper levels opening toward wider views across the urban landscape.
Construction began in December 2013 under Haseko Corporation and Taisei Corporation, concluding in January 2014. The completion added modern residential capacity to the Ikeshitachō district during a period of renewed urban development.
