Sky Shuttle

Sky Shuttle is a gondola lift spanning 882 meters between Yanokuchi and Suge-Sengoku stations, carrying visitors over different elevation levels within Yomiuriland. The system links two distinct areas of the park through a continuous journey.

The system began operations in 1999 and was designed to ease visitor movement across the park's hilly terrain. Its installation was part of a broader plan to improve access between different zones of the amusement park.

The name reflects the swift, floating journey that carries visitors across the amusement park grounds. The gondola is part of how people move through different sections of the park on any given visit.

The ride offers a convenient way to explore the park without walking long distances, especially useful when visitors tire easily. It works best to ride during earlier hours of the day when lines tend to be shorter.
