White Bridge

The White Bridge is a footbridge crossing the Neris River and connecting Naujamiestis district with the Central Business District and Snipiskes neighborhoods. Along the bridge and surrounding area you will find cafes, shops, and open spaces for sports and recreation.

The bridge was constructed and opened in 1996, creating an important connection between different sections of Vilnius. This structure quickly became a central point for gatherings and activities across the city.

The bridge features the Ray-Spear sculpture, incorporating references to Saint Archangel Michael and Saint George from Lithuanian religious traditions.

The bridge is easy to walk across and accessible from both sides of the river. The best times to cross are early morning or late afternoon when there are fewer people around.

The bridge area hosts Lithuania's largest laser light shows and functions as a central gathering point for numerous festivals throughout the year.
