3 Burės is a 24-floor office building standing 68 meters tall with glass-covered walls in downtown Vilnius. It contains roughly 12,000 square meters of high-quality office space distributed across multiple levels for different companies.

The building opened in 2008 as part of Vilnius's modern urban expansion, designed by architect Leonidas Merkinas. Since then it has served as a key office complex in the city's business district.

The building houses numerous international companies and includes a fifth-floor coworking space that facilitates professional networking among Lithuanian and foreign businesses.

The building is centrally positioned with convenient access to major transport routes throughout the city. Visitors can reach it easily and make use of the public facilities in the surrounding area.
