The Eastern Latvia Creative Services Center is an educational facility in Rēzekne with two sloped towers featuring grass-covered roofs and traditional Latvian patterns decorating the exterior walls. The structure blends contemporary design with local artistic elements to create a distinctive setting for learning and creative activities.

The center opened in September 2012 following an architectural competition designed to create an educational facility near the Rēzekne castle mound. This project reflected the city's commitment to developing cultural and learning infrastructure for its residents.

The center houses over 80 educational groups during the academic year, offering informal learning activities for children and young people in its shared spaces.

The building features one of the largest green roofs in the Baltic States, reducing energy consumption and filtering rainwater. This ecological solution also serves as a natural sound insulator for the interior spaces.
