Dinoland Zwolle

Dinoland Zwolle is a theme park in the Dutch city of Zwolle dedicated to dinosaurs and prehistoric life. The park features over 100 dinosaur models representing different geological periods from the Perm, Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous eras.

The park first opened its gates on February 13, 2016, introducing a new form of dinosaur-themed entertainment to eastern Netherlands. Since then, it has continuously added new attractions and features to expand the visitor experience.

The park partners with Naturalis museum to ensure scientific accuracy in its dinosaur displays and fossil presentations. Visitors can observe how paleontologists study and interpret ancient life through the exhibits here.

The park features various attractions suited to different age groups, including interactive activities and adventure courses. Wear comfortable shoes since there is much walking involved, and bring rain protection as the site is largely outdoors.

Visitors can participate in fossil excavation activities and take home three specimens they discover themselves. This hands-on digging experience transforms visitors into active paleontologists rather than passive observers.
