IJsseltoren

The IJsseltoren is an office tower in Zwolle that rises 96 meters above the ground with 23 floors of workspace. The building holds multiple companies and provides shared facilities including security services and dining options for the people who work there.

Construction started in 2004 after legal disputes over protection of city views were settled in court. The tower's completion marked a shift toward modern office architecture in the region.

The building, designed by architect René Steevensz from PPKS Architects Chicago, represents modern commercial architecture in the northern Netherlands region.

The tower sits near the A28 highway and is easy to reach by various transport options. Keep in mind this is an active office building, so access is generally limited to business hours.

The tower ranks among the tallest structures in northern and eastern Netherlands, placing third in height after two other prominent office buildings. This standing makes it a notable landmark in the region's architectural landscape.
