Foldvik Familiepark, Lekeland og dyrehage i Vestfold
Foldvik Familiepark is a recreation facility with more than 40 activities, farm animals, a water park, and play areas near Larvik. It spreads across large green spaces with soft grass, where trampolines, slides, climbing frames, mini-golf, water games, and electric cars are distributed for different age groups.
The park was founded to give families a safe place to play and explore together. Over the years it has expanded to include a wide range of activities while maintaining its focus on safety and family-friendly experiences.
The name comes from the local area, and the space serves as a gathering place where families spend time together and children connect with animals. Visitors notice cheerful staff and a welcoming setting designed to help people relax and enjoy each other's company in a safe environment.
The park is easy to reach with large free parking and bus connections from nearby towns, including a special shuttle from Stavern. Bring comfortable shoes, snacks, and a change of clothes for water activities, and check the website for opening hours and special events.
Chivo, a small goat, is the park's mascot and features in a water game where children pump water from an old-fashioned well and direct it to his bowl. This activity combines play with environmental awareness and support for others through a partnership project.
