Sierpc, Administrative center in Masovian Voivodeship, Poland.

Sierpc is a town in north-central Poland situated along the Wkra River in Masovian Voivodeship, approximately 125 kilometers from Warsaw. It serves as a regional hub with road and rail connections linking Warsaw and Torun.

The settlement gained town status in 1322 and developed as a trading center in the medieval period. It later became an administrative and economic hub for the surrounding region.

The Museum of the Countryside displays how people in this region lived and worked through old farmhouses and household objects. Walking through the exhibits gives a sense of traditional Masovian ways.

The town is easily reached via national road 10 connecting Warsaw and Torun, with regular bus services and train connections available. The center is walkable and accessible from most arrival points.

A local brewery has operated here for generations producing regional beers still enjoyed throughout the area today. This craft tradition remains part of the town's character.
