Kościół św. Wita, Modesta i Krescencji w Sierpcu

The church features a single nave with a narrow presbytery, accompanied by a four-story square tower and walls built from brick and fieldstones.

The parish dates to the 11th century, while the current brick structure was built by the Sierpski family between the 15th and 16th centuries.

The main altar from the 18th century contains Rococo ornaments, saints sculptures, and a 20th-century copy of the Black Madonna of Częstochowa painting.

The church stands in the Old Town of Sierpc, between Farna Street, Bishop Florian Street, and Benedictine Street, serving the local Catholic community.

The church's foundations rest upon the ruins of a 10th-century pagan temple, incorporating millstones in the lower parts of its tower.
