Uroczysko Mosty

Uroczysko Mosty is a nature reserve located in hilly woodlands near Szczecin, featuring beech, oak, and pine trees throughout the site. The area sits within the larger Puszcza Bukowa forest and spans several elevated sections covered with mixed woodland growth.

The site served as a military training ground during World War II when German forces practiced engineering exercises and demolition techniques. This wartime use left lasting marks that remain visible across the landscape today.

The reserve stands as a testament to environmental preservation efforts in Poland, featuring protected ecosystems within the Szczeciński Park Krajobrazowy.

Access is available from Smocza Street through a cobbled pathway that passes the shooting range before entering the wooded area. The route requires basic hiking gear for walking on uneven forest terrain with natural slopes.

Three concrete bridge structures stand isolated in the forest without connecting to any roads, remnants of the historical military training exercises. These abandoned structures create an unusual mix of nature and war history within the woodland.
