The rectangular church features three naves with Ionic columns, coffered ceilings in the main nave, and a high portico with six Ionic columns on the western facade.
Construction of the church concluded between 1930 and 1932, following the design of architect Stefan Cybichowski, with Cardinal August Hlond consecrating it on November 1, 1932.
The church holds masses in various schedules including special services for children, youth, and university students, serving different segments of the local community.
The parish office operates on specific days: Mondays from 16:00 to 18:00, Wednesdays from 9:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 18:00, with additional morning hours.
In 1933, a 34-meter bell tower was constructed next to the church, connected to the main structure through a covered passageway.
