Prime Corporate Centre, Office building in Wola district, Warsaw, Poland
Prime Corporate Centre is a 23-floor office tower on Grzybowska Street 78 in the Wola district of Warsaw, rising to 96 meters. It also has 5 underground levels, providing around 20,000 square meters of office space in total.
Construction started in late 2013 and the tower was completed in April 2016. It was built during a period when Wola was rapidly transforming from an industrial area into Warsaw's main business district.
The building was designed by the Warsaw office Epstein together with Solomon Cordwell Buenz from Chicago. The result of this collaboration sits in Wola, a district that has become the main business hub of the city.
The tower stands in the heart of the Wola business district, within a short walk from Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. Parking is available on site, and the surrounding streets are easy to navigate on foot.
The building uses raised floors throughout, which means all cables and technical systems run underneath the surface rather than through the walls or ceiling. This lets tenants rearrange their office layout without major building work.
