Muzeum Wyrzutni Rakiet

Muzeum Wyrzutni Rakiet is a rocket museum near Łeba displaying original rocket components, full-scale missile models, and military equipment spread across multiple exhibition halls. The buildings occupy a former testing ground where various types of missiles and their components are documented through displays.

The site was established by German forces in 1940 as a secret testing facility for experimental missiles and later served scientific research purposes. After the war, the location was repurposed and some buildings remained standing for preservation.

This place served as a center for weapons development work, then later shifted to scientific research that shaped technological progress in the region. Visitors can observe how engineers and technicians conducted their work in this remote location.

The museum grounds are fairly spacious with an observation tower accessible to visitors for views of the surrounding area. Guided tours are available and information panels accompany the exhibits to help explain what is on display.

The grounds preserve bunker remains and other testing infrastructure from the missile era, some of which are partially embedded in the earth. Visitors can examine these remnants and gain insight into how the testing facility operated.
