The park emerged at the end of the 19th century when Głuchołazy transformed into a health resort, implementing cold water therapy methods developed by Vincent Priessnitz.
The park maintains its position as a central gathering space where the local foundation organizes concerts, lectures, and artistic workshops in the Artist's House.
Visitors can access educational boards explaining local flora and fauna, use modern outdoor exercise equipment, or rest at designated picnic areas with tables and benches.
The park houses a protected breeding colony of bats with over 100 specimens residing in a single attic, leading to the establishment of a special conservation zone.
