The Holy Trinity Church is a brick parish church in Czarny Dunajec, built in 1863–1865 in the Josephinian style and covered with sheet metal. Its interior was decorated with polychrome paintings by Antoni Stopa in 1890, commissioned by parish priest Leopold Brosig.

The first church here was wooden, funded by Zofia Pieniążkowa and her husband Jan Pieniążek, the local sołtys Tomasz Miętus and parish priest Szymon Bukowiński, with the foundation confirmed by Sigismund III in 1605. After that wooden church burned in 1787, a brick one was built, but its vaulting collapsed in 1818 and the rebuilt church burned on the night of 22 to 23 April 1857 together with much of the village. The present church was built in 1863-1865 in Josephine style.

The church serves as a central gathering place for the community, where residents come together for worship and celebrations throughout the year. Its solid brick structure reflects the local population's determination to rebuild their religious center after repeated hardships.

The church is located at the center of Czarny Dunajec along Market Street and is easily reached on foot. Visitors should remember that the building remains an active place of worship where respectful behavior is expected.

The 1863-1865 church is the fourth on the site: a wooden church burned in 1787, its brick successor lost its vaulting in 1818, and that rebuilt church burned on the night of 22-23 April 1857 together with much of the village. The present building is kept in good condition and is entered in the municipal register of monuments.
