Kościół św. Jacka w Chochołowie

The Saint Hyacinth Church features three altars created at the Wood Industry School in Zakopane between 1883 and 1891, with polychrome figures by Józef Galleth.

Construction began in 1853 under Father Wojciech Blaszyński's direction and continued until 1866, when Father Tomasz Kossek completed the project after Blaszyński's death.

The church's interior displays frescos painted by Walery Eljasz in 1871, including a depiction of Father Blaszyński presenting the church model to the Virgin Mary.

Sunday masses take place at 8:00, 11:00, and 18:00, with winter evening services from October to March starting at 17:00 instead of 18:00.

The church measures 37 meters in length and 22 meters in width, with its tower reaching 47 meters and housing three bells named Saint Hyacinth, Maria, and Florian.
