Manor in Rokitnica

The Manor in Rokitnica is a rectangular brick building with a distinctive three-story tower serving as its main entrance. The structure contains multiple interior rooms organized across several floors.

The manor was built and owned by the Tieschowitz von Tieschowa family until 1858. Afterward, the Tiele-Winklers acquired portions of the property and became significant landowners in the area.

The interior walls display paintings that show what the Upper Silesian nobility valued in art and decoration. These artworks reflect the tastes of the families who once lived here.

The building is privately owned and visitor access may be limited, so it is best to check local information before planning a visit. The exterior and tower are visible from the surrounding area, allowing visitors to appreciate the architectural features from outside.

A fire in 2012 caused significant damage to the roof and attic areas of the building. The subsequent restoration work by the current owner demonstrates the effort to preserve and restore this historical structure.
