The Military Vehicle Museum displays a collection of 147 military vehicles across 4,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor exhibition space.
The museum opened on June 1, 1994, following a Russian government decree, and started welcoming visitors on Victory Day, May 9, 1995.
The museum exhibits military division banners, medals, certificates, uniforms, and archival documents that show the evolution of military vehicles in Russia.
Located at 12 Military Drivers Street in Ryazan, the museum operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 and weekends from 10:00 to 16:00.
In 2010, 150 of the most valuable exhibits were transferred to Defense Ministry Base 147, fundamentally changing the museum's collection composition.
