The museum honors Andriyan Nikolayev, the cosmonaut from this village, by displaying personal items and photographs that tell his life story. Visitors can understand how his space missions shaped local pride and the region's connection to Soviet achievements in space exploration.

The museum is located 30 kilometers from Cheboksary and can be reached by car or local transportation. Guided tours and educational programs are available for both children and adults interested in learning about space technology and cosmonautics.

The collection features a Yastreb spacesuit model and samples of space food that give visitors a tangible sense of daily life in orbit. A diorama depicting human activities in outer space offers an unusual perspective on the reality of spaceflight beyond the technical displays.
