Faleeva House is a residential building in Moscow's Khamovniki District with classical details of 19th-century local architecture. The facade features symmetrically arranged windows, stone ornaments, and pronounced cornices typical of quality residential construction from that period.

Architect Nikolai Faleev designed this residence in the mid-1800s, combining classical Moscow building styles with modern European elements of his era. The structure survived major urban changes and was later placed under heritage protection.

The building reflects how wealthy Moscow families lived and their preference for European architectural styles in the 1800s. Walking past it today, you notice the care taken in every decorative detail and the choice of fine materials.

The building is located in a residential neighborhood and is easily reached by metro stations Kropotkinskaya and Park Kultury nearby. The best way to view the facade is through a walk around the surrounding streets in the morning, when light brings out the details clearly.

The house was constructed using real ashlar stone with each piece individually selected and positioned to form the facade. This level of craftsmanship is rarely seen today and makes the building a quiet example of 19th-century construction mastery.
