Khlebozavod 9 is a former mechanized bakery in Butyrsky District featuring multiple levels with large open spaces and tall windows throughout its concrete structure. The interior retains this industrial architecture while accommodating retail shops, offices, and food vendors within what was once a working factory floor.

The bakery opened in 1934 and produced bread for Moscow residents until closing in 2015. Its transformation into a commercial space began after the factory stopped its original operations.

The building now hosts fashion stores, cafes, and food markets where people gather throughout the day. This blend of shops and dining venues has transformed it into a meeting place for the local community.
