The Dukmosova mansion is a three-story stone villa featuring Neo-Gothic architectural details, ornate stone carvings, and carefully proportioned windows. The facade displays a thoughtful composition of decorative and structural elements.
The building was constructed during the industrial growth of Novocherkassk in the 19th century and represented the rise of wealthy merchant residences in southern Russia. It emerged during a period when the city was expanding rapidly and affluent citizens adorned their homes with European styles.
