Museum of hunting and fishing

The museum presents an extensive collection of taxidermy specimens, including lynx, wolf, bear, and leopard skins from various Russian regions.

Established in 1988 as Russia's first museum dedicated to hunting and fishing, the institution resides in the Central Hunter and Fisherman's House.

The exhibition features works by animal artists V. Gorbatov, I. Makoveeva, M. Nekrasov, and A. Maksimov, alongside animalistic icons by V. Flint.

Located near Vodny Stadion metro station, the museum implements educational programs about traditional hunting methods and amateur fishing techniques.

The museum collection includes fangs from wild boar, elk, maral, saiga, Siberian roe deer, and reindeer, representing Russia's diverse wildlife.
