The Pikul's House stands as a two-story structure with traditional Soviet architectural features on Industrial Street in northern Severodvinsk.

Built in 1940 during the early development of Severodvinsk, this building reflects the architectural preferences of Soviet residential construction during World War II.

The house commemorates Russian author V.S. Pikul, who created numerous works about Russian naval and military history throughout the twentieth century.
