Svyaz vremen (Connection of Times) is a monument on a pink granite pedestal featuring two life-size bronze figures. One figure holds a rocket model while the other rests on a chair, with a portable telescope positioned between them to symbolize their scientific connection.

The monument was unveiled in 2011 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first human spaceflight. Its creation was part of an initiative to honor these two key figures of space exploration history and their contributions to Soviet space programs.

The monument depicts two figures meeting in a moment frozen in time: one holding a rocket model and the other leaning on a chair. This scene draws inspiration from family accounts of a possible meeting between these two important figures in space history.

The monument is located at the intersection of Akademika Koroleva and Konstantina Tsiolkovskogo streets, accessible via three steps up to the pink granite pedestal. The plaza provides adequate space to view the bronze figures from different angles and is easy to reach on foot.

An identical copy of this monument exists in Ethnomir, an entertainment park in the Kaluga region. This duplication creates a paired concept where the same scene is replicated at two different locations, making it a rare memorial design.
