Imbiah Lookout, Entertainment complex in Sentosa, Singapore.
Imbiah Lookout is an entertainment complex on Mount Imbiah in Sentosa, Singapore, grouping several attractions such as a wax museum, an interactive city history museum, and an adventure park. The different sections sit across the hillside and are linked by pathways, escalators, and elevators.
The complex opened in the early 2000s and at first occupied a large part of Sentosa's land. As new leisure projects developed on the island, the area was gradually redesigned to fit the changing layout around it.
The wax museum on the grounds displays life-size figures of famous people from entertainment, politics, and sport that visitors can see up close. The displays change from time to time to reflect what is popular today.
The site is accessible at different mobility levels thanks to elevators, escalators, and flat pathways connecting most areas. A visit can take several hours, so it is worth wearing comfortable shoes and giving yourself plenty of time.
On the grounds there is an adventure park with one of Asia's longest zip lines, where riders glide over tree canopies and open hillside. Many visitors walk past without realizing this outdoor activity is tucked within the complex.
