St Paul's Cathedral, Anglican cathedral in City of London, England

The Cathedral spans 158 meters in length and features a 111-meter-high dome constructed from Portland limestone in the English Baroque architectural style.

Christopher Wren designed this cathedral to replace the previous structure destroyed in the Great Fire of London, with construction starting in 1675.

The funeral ceremonies of Admiral Nelson, the Duke of Wellington, Winston Churchill, and Margaret Thatcher took place within these cathedral walls.

Visitors need to climb 528 steps through three galleries to reach the top of the dome for views across London.

The Whispering Gallery, located 30 meters above the cathedral floor, allows whispers to travel clearly around its circular wall.

As beautiful on the outside as on the inside. It is somewhat the gateway to the City district!
