1 Snow Hill Plaza

1 Snow Hill Plaza is a modern office and hotel tower in central Birmingham combining commercial and hospitality spaces. The building occupies a prominent position near major transportation links serving both business travelers and office workers.

The structure was completed in 1973 and originally called Kennedy Tower after a mural dedication at Snow Hill Circus. Demolition plans were abandoned in 2007 when the property was preserved for redevelopment.
