The North and South Wales Bank commissioned this structure in 1868, with architects Lucy and Littler designing its stone exterior and elaborate entrance.
The Grade II listing designation, granted in 1975, maintains the preservation of architectural elements including Corinthian columns and carved spandrels.
Located in Liverpool City Centre, the hotel provides 20 suites and includes a restaurant in the former banking hall on the ground floor.
The entrance bay displays intricate stone pilasters with carved swags and a balustraded balcony, while the second floor features figures in window spandrels.
