Beetham Tower, Liverpool, Residential tower in Liverpool, United Kingdom

Beetham Tower is a glass and steel residential building located along the River Mersey in central Liverpool. The 29-story structure stands at approximately 90 meters high and features modern interiors with apartment units that occupy most of its floors.

The tower opened in 2004 as a commission by the Beetham Organization, with architect Ian Simpson serving as the designer. This project represented a turning point in Liverpool's urban development during the early 2000s.

The tower stands as a representation of Liverpool's architectural evolution in the early 21st century, marking the city's urban transformation.

The building is located at 111 Old Hall Street in a central area of Liverpool. Keep in mind that this is a residential building and interior spaces are not open to the public for touring.

The tower is part of a series of four similarly designed buildings developed by the Beetham Organization across different English cities. Matching examples of this building type can be found in Birmingham and Manchester.
