Beetham Tower is a glass and steel residential building located along the River Mersey in central Liverpool. The 29-story structure stands at approximately 90 meters high and features modern interiors with apartment units that occupy most of its floors.
The tower opened in 2004 as a commission by the Beetham Organization, with architect Ian Simpson serving as the designer. This project represented a turning point in Liverpool's urban development during the early 2000s.
