Cardinal Place, Office and retail complex in Victoria Street, London, England
Cardinal Place spans over one million square feet, featuring three distinct buildings with glass facades and modern architectural elements at Victoria Street.
EPR Architects designed this £200 million development, which opened in 2005 and transformed the commercial landscape of the Victoria district.
The roof garden hosts community events throughout the year, including film screenings, food markets, and art installations for London residents.
The complex contains 550,000 square feet of office space and 100,000 square feet of retail area, with stores like Zara and Wagamama.
The buildings rest on rubber shock absorbers to minimize vibrations from the District and Circle line trains passing through the basement.
