Hollytrees Museum, Local history museum in Colchester, England

Hollytrees Museum occupies a Georgian townhouse from 1718, displaying collections of clocks, toys, art pieces, and household items across multiple galleries.

Charles Gray, a Member of Parliament and Justice of the Peace for Colchester, resided in this Grade I listed building during the eighteenth century.

The museum contains exhibits about daily household activities, including a miniature dollhouse representation of the building and traditional domestic implements.

The museum operates Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, with special admission rates for students, families, and concession holders.

Bernard Mason's collection of Colchester-made clocks forms a dedicated gallery, presenting regional clockmaking traditions through longcase and lantern timepieces.
