High Hazels Park, Public park in Darnall, Sheffield, England
High Hazels Park extends across 20 hectares of land, featuring landscaped gardens, woodlands, and sports facilities for community recreation.
The Sheffield City Council purchased the land and High Hazels House from the Duke of Norfolk and Messers Jeffcock in 1894 for £10,875.
The park serves as a gathering place for local events and celebrations, connecting residents through outdoor activities and community programs.
Multiple walking paths wind through the natural areas, while sports facilities include tennis courts and football pitches for active recreation.
The stone arches at High Hazels House entrance were constructed using the same material as the Houses of Parliament in London.
