Nant Mill, Country park in Wrexham, Wales
Nant Mill features walking paths along the River Clywedog, surrounded by ancient woodlands containing Nant Wood and Plas Power Wood sections.
The site contains a nineteenth-century corn mill that operated during the industrial period when numerous mills functioned throughout the Clywedog valley.
The visitor center provides educational displays about local wildlife, including a large model of a mole tunnel with detailed representations of underground creatures.
The park includes a dedicated car park charging £1 for all-day parking, multiple walking trails, and designated areas for picnics near the stream.
Wooden sculptures of stag beetles and millipedes line the trails, while stepping stones at Big Wood Weir allow visitors to cross the river.
