Redditch Central Mosque

Redditch Central Mosque is a place of worship on Jinnah Road that can hold around 1,300 people during prayer services. The building has several prayer halls and stands on land where a motorcycle factory once operated.

The Muslim community started this project in 1974 by purchasing land before moving to the current site. The relocation to the former Royal Enfield motorcycle factory grounds marked a major expansion for the local population.

The community gathers here for worship and religious celebrations that bring together Muslims from different backgrounds and traditions. You will see the space used for daily prayers, special occasions, and events that connect residents across the town.

The building hosts five daily prayer times, with special schedules during Ramadan that adjust for fasting periods. Visitors should check prayer times before arriving, especially if planning to attend special religious occasions.

The site was once a motorcycle factory where Royal Enfield produced machines before becoming a place for prayer. This shift from industrial production to spiritual gathering reflects how communities transform spaces to meet new needs.
