Saltdean Lido

Saltdean Lido is an Art Deco outdoor pool on England's south coast featuring a curved crescent shape and various seating areas. The flat roof accommodates a tea terrace, sun deck, and café for visitors to use between swims.

The structure was designed by architect Richard William Herbert Jones and opened in 1938 as a modernist bathing facility. In 2011 it was recognized as a Grade II* listed building, marking its importance to architectural heritage.
