St Clement's Church, Ordsall, Gothic Revival parish church in Ordsall, England.
St Clement's Church is a red brick parish church featuring a seven-bay nave with north and south aisles supported by round sandstone piers. The structure is decorated with terracotta details and includes a clerestory that brings light into the interior.
The building was constructed between 1877 and 1878 by architects Paley and Austin and cost 9,000 pounds at the time. Lord Egerton financed the project and provided the land.
The interior walls display religious scenes in Doulton tiles that add crafted beauty to the space. The chancel area features subtle tile patterns that shape the character of this place.
Visitors can attend services and community events held on various days throughout the week. It is helpful to check current opening times in advance since these may change seasonally.
The building appears in the closing credits of the British television series Coronation Street. Inside, a two-manual Willis organ has been preserved since its construction.
