St Lawrence, Stratford-sub-Castle

St Lawrence is a medieval parish church in Stratford-sub-Castle featuring a west tower built from flint and stone. The 15th-century nave connects to a 13th-century chancel decorated with carved wooden details throughout.

The church began in 1228 as a chapel dependent on St Martin's Church. Over time, stone and other materials from the nearby Old Sarum Cathedral were incorporated into its structure.
