The bandstand hosts free live music performances every Sunday during July and August from 3 PM to 5 PM as part of the Open House Festival.
Visitors can access multiple facilities including toilets, parking areas, tennis courts, bowling greens, cricket pitch, and all-weather hockey pitches throughout the year.
The park contains dry pens housing numerous exotic birds and maintains a wildfowl sanctuary within its chain of small lakes.
