Heatherden Hall

Heatherden Hall is a Victorian country house in Iver featuring a grand three-story main facade and a spacious ballroom. The property is surrounded by formal gardens and lakes that frame the structure.

Canadian financier Walter Grant Morden purchased the property in 1914 and expanded it with a ballroom and Victorian Turkish bath. These additions shaped the house's appearance for decades to come.

The hall serves as a working part of Pinewood Studios and has appeared in well-known films including From Russia with Love and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Visitors can sense the connection between this historic building and British cinema history.

The hall currently serves as office space for Pinewood Studios but can be rented for filming and wedding events. Visitors should check ahead to see if tours are available, as the property is primarily used for film production.

The numerous trees surrounding the property inspired the name of the adjacent Pinewood Studios. This wooded setting has remained central to the character of the entire studio complex.
