St Lawrence's Church, Gotham

St Lawrence's Church features extensive architectural elements from the 13th century, with a prominent tower containing a double-faced clock installed in 1848.

The Grade I listed building underwent substantial modifications in 1789 and 1869, preserving its original medieval structure while adapting to changing requirements.

The building belongs to a group called The 453 Churches, which includes four other religious structures situated along the A453 roadway.

Regular Sunday services take place every second week at 11:00 AM, with Reverend Richard Coleman leading the congregation through worship and prayer.

The church clock, designed by Reuben Bosworth in 1848, displays two faces - one toward the town street and another toward the Nottingham road.
