St Dunstan of Canterbury Orthodox Church, Byzantine Revival church in Parkstone, England
The architectural design includes a central double door topped by a terracotta arch, flanked by polygonal turrets and a 12-division wheel window.
Built between 1904 and 1927, architects G.A.B. Livesay, Edward Prior, and Arthur Grove collaborated to create this Grade II* listed religious building.
The church belongs to the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of the British Isles and Ireland, following the Byzantine rite traditions.
Sunday services begin with Orthros at 8:45 AM followed by Divine Liturgy at 10:30 AM, while Saturday Vespers take place at 5:00 PM.
The west front stands as Edward Prior's final major church architectural work, incorporating handmade Wareham bricks and reinforced concrete dome construction.
