The 21-story Relay Building features a red-brick facade and steel frame structure at the intersection of Whitechapel High Street and Commercial Street in London.
Construction began in 2008 but temporarily halted during market downturn until Redrow purchased and completed the development, opening the building in 2014.
The building combines 207 residential apartments with 110,000 square feet of office space, reflecting London's mixed-use development approach in the Whitechapel district.
The ground floor incorporates an entrance to Aldgate East tube station, while basement levels provide parking facilities for residents and office workers.
The entrance lobby displays a section of a London Underground C Stock train that functions as seating, with Aldgate East shown as its destination.
