One Centenary Square

One Centenary Square is a contemporary office tower in central Birmingham featuring three connected blocks and a woven exterior pattern. The facade echoes the light stone tones of neighboring historic structures, creating visual continuity within the downtown landscape.

Completed in 2018, this building sits between the Municipal Bank structure from the 1920s and Alpha Tower from the 1970s, bridging different architectural eras in downtown Birmingham. The trio represents how the city's skyline grew and changed across the 20th century.

The building forms part of the Arena Central development, contributing to Birmingham's position as a financial center through office spaces and business facilities.

The building is easy to locate and view from public spaces, situated on Centenary Square in the heart of downtown Birmingham. The plaza surrounding it is accessible to the public and hosts various events throughout the year.

This structure earned LEED Gold certification for its sustainable design features, making it the first building in Birmingham to receive this environmental recognition. Few other office towers in the city can claim such a commitment to green building standards.
