Damac Towers is a 50-story residential building reaching 170 meters along the River Thames in Nine Elms. It houses 360 apartments with interiors designed by Versace Home.
The project started in 2013 as New Bondway with plans for two connected towers. It was acquired by Damac Properties in 2015 and finished construction in June 2022.
The tower marks the first integration of Versace Home designs in London residential property, setting new standards for luxury living in Nine Elms.
Residents enjoy access to indoor swimming pools, gymnasiums, private cinema facilities, and children's play areas throughout the building. The complex also features communal gardens where people can spend time outdoors.
The apartments facing the Thames sold out entirely before public sales officially opened on July 21, 2015. This rapid sale demonstrated strong demand for premium housing at this London location.
