Sky Gardens Nine Elms is a contemporary residential tower in South-West London combining flats, offices, and shops in one structure. The 36-storey building rises to approximately 120 meters and reshapes the skyline of the Wandsworth area.
Development began in 2008 under Fraser Property Development UK and construction started in 2014 with Mace Group managing the build. Completion arrived in April 2017, marking a turning point for the Nine Elms neighbourhood.
The name refers to the generous green spaces on the upper floors that give the development its character. Residents and visitors find an unexpected garden retreat high above the city streets.
The tower sits at the corner of Wyvil Road and Wandsworth Road, right next to Vauxhall station. Public transport connections from here reach all parts of London quickly and easily.
