Isaac T. Hopper House, Greek Revival townhouse in East Village, Manhattan, United States.

The Isaac T. Hopper House features a brownstone facade at the basement level and brick construction on the upper floors with Ionic columns.

Built between 1837 and 1838, the townhouse was initially known as the Ralph and Ann E. Van Wyck Mead House before changing ownership.

The Women's Prison Association acquired the building in 1874, transforming it into a residence that supported over 300 women in its first year.

Located at 110 Second Avenue between East 6th and 7th Streets, the house maintains its position within the East Village Historic District.

The structure remains the only surviving building from a group of four rowhouses constructed by the Mead family on Second Avenue.
