Daniel LeRoy House, Federal architectural residence in East Village, Manhattan, United States.

The three-and-a-half-story brick building at 20 St. Marks Place features a marble entrance decorated with vermiculated blocks and detailed cornices.

Built in 1832 by Thomas E. Davis, the house became home to merchant Daniel LeRoy and his wife Elizabeth Fish, who had connections to Peter Stuyvesant.

The house represents the architectural preferences of New York City's merchant class during the early nineteenth century Federal period.

The building underwent extensive restoration work in 1998, including brick repointing, repainting, and cornice replacement to maintain its structural integrity.

The structure remains one of only three surviving houses from the original Davis development that once lined both sides of St. Marks Place.
